London Community Outreach Solutions is a sales and business consulting firm in the greater London region and is looking for a Customer Enrollment Representative to join our growing team. The Customer Enrollment Representative will apply their sales skills to navigate direct customer conversations and overcome objections, moving prospects through the sales funnel toward a successful upgrade.

As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you provide in-person sales support, helping households select Internet, TV, and Home Phone services that meet their daily needs. Client product updates will ensure you achieve professional sales consistency in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Enrollment Representative

• The Customer Enrollment Representative will conduct in-person consultations, helping households identify communication and entertainment solutions that best fit their needs.
• Explain service options in simple, relatable terms, showing how connectivity solutions support streaming, communication, and everyday life.
• Support customers through the enrollment process, ensuring accounts are established accurately and efficiently.
• Guide households toward bundled service packages that maximize value and convenience.
• Sustain sales growth through personalized follow-ups and relationship-building efforts.

Pay: $48,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
