About the Customer Enrollment Representative Role

Mountain Reach is seeking a motivated and personable Customer Enrollment Representative to join our growing team. Mountain Reach partners with established clients in the technology and wireless industries, and our Customer Enrollment Representatives help connect customers with the products and services those clients provide.

As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs, explain available wireless and technology solutions, and assist them throughout the enrollment process. This position combines customer service, relationship building, and sales, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to develop valuable professional skills.

No previous wireless industry experience is required. Each Customer Enrollment Representative receives hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and support to become confident with our clients' products, services, and enrollment processes.

Customer Enrollment Representative Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers and introduce available wireless and technology products and services
• Learn about each customer's needs and recommend solutions that align with their preferences
• Explain wireless plans, mobile devices, internet services, upgrades, and current offers
• Assist customers with account enrollments, activations, and service upgrades
• Build positive customer relationships through professional and informative interactions
• Answer questions and provide clear, solution focused assistance
• Maintain accurate customer and enrollment information
• Collaborate with other Customer Enrollment Representatives to achieve individual and team goals
• Professionally represent Mountain Reach and its technology and wireless clients

Customer Enrollment Representative Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable speaking and working directly with customers
• Motivated to develop customer service, sales, and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively independently and within a team
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required

Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
