Customer Enrollment Representative

Rise Up Innovation is expanding in Detroit, MI, and is hiring a motivated Customer Enrollment Representative to join our growing team. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for individuals interested in customer service, customer support, account enrollment, client relations, and customer experience.

As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs, explain available products and services, answer questions, and assist with new customer enrollments and account updates. Our goal is to make the enrollment process simple, informative, and positive for every customer.

Previous customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and professional development.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with new account enrollments and service selections
• Speak directly with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Explain available products, services, pricing, and current promotions
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate account information
• Guide customers through enrollment and account setup
• Review customer information for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with account updates, service requests, and general customer support
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and enrollment activity
• Build positive customer relationships through professional communication
• Work alongside team members to support customer satisfaction and performance goals

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Able to work full-time and on-site in Detroit, MI
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and develop new skills
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or client-facing experience is a plus, but not required
