Customer Enrollment Representative

Our company is expanding in Dublin, OH, and we are hiring a Customer Enrollment Representative to join our growing team. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and are interested in building experience in customer service, account enrollment, customer support, and client relations.

As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you will work directly with new and existing customers to understand their needs, explain available products and services, answer questions, and guide them through the enrollment process. You will help customers make informed decisions while providing professional, personalized support throughout their experience.

Previous experience is helpful but not required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and continued professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with new account and service enrollments
• Speak directly with customers to understand their needs and available options
• Explain products, services, pricing, promotions, and account information clearly
• Guide customers through the enrollment and account setup process
• Process new accounts, service requests, and account updates accurately
• Answer customer questions and provide professional customer support
• Review enrollment information for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and account activity
• Stay informed on current products, services, promotions, and enrollment procedures
• Build positive customer relationships through clear and professional communication
• Collaborate with team members to support customer satisfaction and performance goals

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Able to work on-site in Dublin, OH
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
• Dependable and organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working directly with customers in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to learn and receptive to coaching and feedback
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, account support, or other customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
