We're adding a full-time Customer Enrollment Representative in Burlingame to represent a leading telecommunications brand at community events and promotional setups throughout the area. As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you'll introduce current wireless offers, create interest around the campaign, and help customers move from discovering the brand to selecting and enrolling in services.

Customer Enrollment Representative Key Responsibilities

• Capture attention at promotional locations and create an engaging introduction to the wireless brand.
• Learn current campaign offers and present them in ways that make the promotion relevant to different customers.
• Ask focused questions to recognize customer needs and identify opportunities to move promotional interest toward a purchase.
• Build excitement around the brand by connecting wireless services and current offers with everyday connectivity needs.
• Guide interested customers through available options and enrollment while keeping the promotional experience straightforward.
• Work alongside other Customer Enrollment Representative team members to strengthen campaign conversations, support daily goals, and maintain a professional brand presence.

Customer Enrollment Representative Qualifications

• Outgoing and comfortable turning brief interactions into engaging conversations.
• Interested in promotions, brand representation, marketing, communications, or customer acquisition.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by seeing individual effort translate into measurable results.
• Able to communicate promotional offers confidently without relying on a scripted approach.
• Comfortable representing a brand face-to-face at community events and outdoor promotional locations.
• Entry-level friendly; previous promotional, marketing, customer-facing, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
