From an initial conversation to completing a new account enrollment, you'll guide customers through each step while providing a friendly, professional, and personalized experience.

No previous experience is required. We provide structured training, ongoing coaching, and team support to help you develop strong communication skills, learn our client offerings, and become confident in customer-facing interactions.

Customer Enrollment Representative Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Explain available products, services, pricing, and current promotions
• Guide customers through new account enrollments and service selections
• Provide personalized recommendations based on individual customer needs
• Answer questions and assist with account information, updates, and service requests
• Review enrollment details to ensure accuracy and completeness

Key Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Able to work full-time and on-site in Killeen, TX
