Candidate Profile

• Graduation from reputed University/Institutes.
• 6 months - 4 years of customer service experience preferably from Voice process.
• Candidates with exposure and work experience in Hospitality/Real Estate/ Banking companies will be preferred.
• Strong Communication skills (written & verbal), presentation skills and client relationship management are a must for this position.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
