- Membangun customer engagement dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan customer.
- Memastikan customer mendapatkan pengalaman yang positif dan memorable selama berada di store.
- Menangani customer complaint serta memastikan penyelesaiannya secara cepat dan tepat.
- Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan customer dan melakukan upselling sesuai kebutuhan.
- Mengumpulkan customer feedback serta mengelola database customer.
- Memonitor kualitas service dan customer journey di store.
- Menganalisis feedback dan kebutuhan customer untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan.
- Memberikan insight dan rekomendasi improvement kepada Store Manager/Management guna meningkatkan customer satisfaction, loyalty, dan kualitas operasional store.
