Customer Experience Advisor

Job Objective

Represent Sahm Capital at the field booth, acting as the first point of contact for walk-in prospects and delivering an outstanding customer experience by guiding users through Sahm’s platform and services.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as the face of Sahm at the Mall booth, engaging walk-in prospects professionally.
• Introduce Sahm’s investment platform and services in a clear and compelling manner.
• Assist customers in the registration and account opening process using the Sahm app.
• Provide immediate support for basic operational inquiries and escalate complex cases appropriately.
• Organize, restock, and maintain booth promotional materials and displays.
• Gather and document customer feedback to share with the operations and marketing teams.
• Support field campaigns and coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution.
• Follow all compliance and operational procedures as instructed by Sahm’s policies.

Education

Minimum: High school diploma

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Qualifications And Experience

• Saudi nationality (as per field role requirements)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or digital platforms
• Experience in fintech, telecom, or luxury retail is an advantage
• Professional appearance and ability to interact with diverse customer profiles
• English language skills preferred
