Customer Experience Agent

The Vaults Group, with fifteen locations, is the biggest provider of private safe deposit boxes in the UK and Ireland. We are thrilled to announce that we are currently accepting applications for the position of Customer Experience Agent at our facility in Nottingham.

Responsibilities:

• Commitment to excellent customer service - handling all inbound customer queries in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner.
• Conducting customer branch tours and managing security access, always maintaining client discretion.
• Handling large volumes of cash in line with the 4-eye policy.
• Delivering high levels of process control and security.
• Commitment to all aspects of Health & Safety.
• Maintaining and securing accurate customer records to guarantee GDPR.
• Consistently ensuring first-class housekeeping.

Shift pattern:

• Saturday = 10:00 - 15:00
• Sunday = 10:00 - 15:00

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 per week
