Deliver premium, art-driven flagship showroom consultation by supporting outstation Sales Consultants and their customers during HQ visits, leading high-quality solutioning and storytelling to drive strong quote-to-order conversion while ensuring a seamless customer experience aligned with Feruni’s “art, beauty, and inspiration” positioning.

Your Role at Feruni

Solution Consultation & Conversion

• Lead end-to-end consultative showroom journeys for pre-booked outstation customers
• Present and recommend solutions, including flagship collections, new launches, and exclusive products.
• Translate product features into design, lifestyle, and spatial value
• Prepare for customer visits based on Sales Consultant brief
• Drive quote-to-order conversion for attended customers
• Collaborate with Sales Consultant to align on proposal and closing
• Maintain accurate CRM (Customer Relationship Management) updates and consultation notes

Customer Experience & Flagship Execution

• Orchestrate a premium HQ showroom experience
• Lead structured consultation flow (2–3-hour visits)
• Deliver immersive product and brand storytelling experiences
• Ensure showroom standards reflect art, beauty, and inspiration
• Work with Customer Experience Executive on coordination and service flow
• Capture feedback and improve experience
• Enhance flagship experience standards

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in showroom sales, interior solutions, or premium retail environment preferred.
• Familiar with CRM or other digital sales tools.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Interested in interior design and design concepts.
• Based in Petaling Jaya
