Customer Experience Assistant (E-commerce)

What you’ll be doing?

• Responsible for daily customer services (in written form only) from social media platforms and emails;
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries and provide follow ups if needed;
• Work closely with e-commerce and logistics department;
• Daily monitoring of customer feedback across social network;
• Support adhoc projects / tasks;

Who are we looking for?

• Higher Diploma or above in any discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
• 1-year relevant experience in customer service;
• Proficient in written communication in English & Chinese;
• Experience with e-commerce and logistics functions would be an advantage;
• Effective interpersonal, communications and problem-solving skills;
• Highly organized, detail-minded, independent and a good team player;
