Customer Experience Associate

As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll work with our team at events, roadshows and promotional activities, representing established brands and creating positive experiences for customers.

Your Role

• Meet and engage customers at promotional locations and events.
• Introduce client products and services in a clear and professional manner.
• Answer customer questions and provide relevant information.
• Build positive relationships through genuine face-to-face interaction.
• Work with teammates to deliver smooth and successful campaigns.
• Attend coaching sessions to strengthen communication, presentation and leadership skills.
