About The Role As a CeX Agent, you will be ifarmers frontline voice for farmers. Youll handle inbound calls and outbound campaigns, answer farmers questions accurately, and help more farmers adopt ifarmers services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and empathetically.
• Understand farmers` needs and provide accurate, helpful information on ifarmer services.
• Resolve queries at first contact and escalate complex issues appropriately.
• Conduct lead verification, follow-ups, and service adoption outreach calls.
• Support cross-selling and upselling of relevant ifarmer products and services.
• Maintain accurate, timely records in the CRM and dialer systems.
• Follow approved SOPs, call scripts, and quality standards.
• Take part in training sessions, briefings, and periodic call quality assessments.
• Collect customer feedback and recurring issues and pass them to the relevant teams.
• Consistently meet productivity, quality, and conversion targets.

Requirements

• Experience:
• Education: diploma in agriculture
• Skills: customer facing roles, call center operations, telesales, customer service skills, contact center management, customer inquiries handling, customer relations, call center management, responsibilities, inside sales
