Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Upsell products and services when appropriate
• Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
• Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Maintain customer records by updating account information regularly

Skills:

• Proven customer service experience or experience in a call center environment
• Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in upselling techniques
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
