Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and general concerns
• Provide friendly and professional support through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels
• Help customers understand products, services, and company policies
• Resolve common customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
• Follow up on customer feedback to help ensure a positive experience
• Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information
• Support order processing, service requests, and routine customer transactions
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service quality
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs
• Perform general customer service and administrative duties as required

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma, diploma, or equivalent
• No previous experience required; training can be provided
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Good attention to detail and time-management skills
