About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Experience Chat Support who will be responsible for handling customer queries through chat and email. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and concerns through chat and email support channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer concerns.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Work Details
- Work Mode: 6 Days Work from Office
- Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (IST)
