About the Position

Ease Auto Group is looking for a reliable, organized, personable, and motivated Customer Experience Coordinator to join our growing woman-owned automotive business.

This is a multifaceted position for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and helping with the day-to-day operations of both our automotive repair shop and pre-owned vehicle sales.

Responsibilities Include:

• Answering incoming phone calls and responding to texts, emails, and online inquiries
• Scheduling and confirming repair appointments
• Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
• Managing the appointment calendar
• Listing and updating our pre-owned vehicles for sale online
• Taking and organizing vehicle photos and writing vehicle descriptions
• Responding to potential vehicle buyers and following up with leads
• Keeping vehicle inventory and online listings accurate and up to date
• Assisting with paperwork, invoices, and general administrative tasks
• Making phone calls and sending emails on behalf of the business
• Data entry and maintaining organized records
• Running occasional business-related errands
• Helping with miscellaneous tasks and special projects
• Jumping in wherever needed to help keep the business running smoothly

Automotive experience is a plus but not required. We can teach you the automotive side of the business. We're looking for someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
