Customer Experience Coordinator

Job Overview

Design Catalyzer is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to support clients and coordinate creative projects across branding, web design, digital marketing, and content development. You’ll serve as a key point of contact between clients and creative teams, keeping projects organized, on schedule, and aligned with client expectations.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate client projects from initial requirements through final delivery.
• Communicate with clients regarding timelines, feedback, approvals, and project updates.
• Coordinate designers, developers, copywriters, and marketing specialists.
• Maintain project schedules, milestones, tasks, documentation, and status reports.
• Track budgets, resources, deadlines, and overall project progress.
• Manage workflows using tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello, ClickUp, or Jira.
• Coordinate quality reviews and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
• Support website updates, content management, digital assets, and marketing campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in customer service, project coordination, client services, digital marketing, or a creative environment preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach to customer and project support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with creative, CRM, CMS, or project management platforms is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Design, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or Wix.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, social media, email marketing, Google Analytics, or digital advertising.
• Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
