Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, route messages, and follow up promptly on inquiries
• Schedule and book new customer estimates from inbound calls and lead platforms
• Follow up with leads to ensure timely scheduling and strong customer communication
• Represent the company professionally as the first point of contact for customers
• Perform general administrative tasks including filing, copying, and correspondence
• Process credit card payments accurately and securely
• Monitor office supply levels and communicate restocking needs to management
• Support office staff and assist with day-to-day operational needs

Qualifications & Skills

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Professional, friendly, and confident phone presence
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable using office technology (phones, computers, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, etc.)
• Ability to learn quickly and accept both positive and constructive feedback
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
