Customer Experience Coordinator - Onehunga

We’re looking for an energetic, proactive and driven Customer Experience Coordinator to join our Onehunga team for 30–35 hours a week.

This isn’t a role where you’ll be handed a checklist and left to work through it. We want someone who takes initiative, enjoys being around people, brings ideas to the table and loves making things happen.

You’ll work closely with our sales team and Branch Manager, providing hands-on marketing and sales support while helping create a branch that’s energetic, productive and a great place to work.

What will you be doing?

No two days will be exactly the same, but your role will include:

• Coordinating property and branch marketing campaigns
• Creating marketing material, social media and digital content
• Helping salespeople make better use of their databases, systems and marketing tools
• Supporting salespeople with client communication and follow-up
• Helping onboard and support new salespeople
• Identifying ways we can improve systems, processes and productivity
• Supporting the Branch Manager with projects and initiatives
• Looking for opportunities to make our salespeople — and our branch — better

Real estate experience is helpful, but attitude, initiative and a willingness to learn are just as important.
