Customer Experience Evaluator

We are looking for detail-oriented, reliable individuals to evaluate customer experiences at various businesses on our behalf. In this role, you'll visit designated locations (retail stores, restaurants, banks, etc.), assess service quality and store conditions, and submit detailed reports based on our evaluation criteria. This is a flexible, independent position ideal for people who enjoy observing details and writing clear, honest feedback.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned locations and complete evaluation scenarios as instructed
• Observe staff behavior, wait times, cleanliness, and overall customer experience
• Take discreet notes during each visit
• Submit accurate, detailed written reports within 24–48 hours
• Follow specific instructions and guidelines for each assignment
• Maintain confidentiality about your role as an evaluator

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Reliable smartphone, computer, and internet access
• Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely
• Prior evaluation, auditing, or customer service experience a plus, but not required
• Must maintain discretion and professionalism during visits
