4Service Mystery Shopper Worldwide is looking for mystery shoppers in Austria.

We evaluating the service level in different stores, banks, pharmacies by the order of our clients. Upon the results they revealing the weak and strong points and know how to train the staff, which motivation to offer in order to get better results.

So mainly the job is to behave like the real customer but according to the instruction (like to ask the questions about the quality and so on), and to describe your experience in the questionnaire.

We are conducting a project to ensure that tobacco retailers comply with government regulations and do not sell nicotine products to underage customers.

We are looking for young-looking adults to visit a tobacco store and evaluate whether staff properly verify customers' age by requesting an ID.

The task includes:

• Visiting a tobacco store

• Having a short consultation with staff

• Observing whether you are asked for ID

• Completing a simple online questionnaire

• Taking a few photos after the visit

Payment: 30€.

A high level of the local language is required.
