No prior automotive or car rental experience is required. We're looking for someone personable, well-presented and passionate about creating positive customer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences

• Welcome customers and create a warm, professional first impression at our rental lounge.
• Guide customers through vehicle collection and return procedures.
• Explain rental agreements, policies and available services clearly.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

Keep Rental Operations Running Smoothly

• Coordinate vehicle collections, returns and daily fleet movements.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure cleanliness, safety and presentation standards.
• Maintain accurate rental documentation and operational records.
• Work closely with fleet operations and other teams to ensure vehicles are ready on time.

Create Value Through Service

• Recommend suitable rental upgrades and additional services to customers.
• Maintain a welcoming, organised and comfortable rental lounge.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• A friendly, confident and customer-focused personality.
• Experience in hospitality, guest relations, customer service or retail is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presentation and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
• Comfortable managing both customer-facing and operational responsibilities.
• Good organisational skills and willingness to learn.
• Valid Class 3, 3A or 3C driving licence with at least 2 years of driving experience (mandatory for insurance coverage).
• Diploma qualification preferred; candidates with relevant skills and experience are welcome to apply.
