Customer Experience Executive

About the role

The Customer Experience Executive is responsible for driving sales conversions and ensuring a seamless customer journey across e-commerce platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers on the e-commerce platform to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored product recommendations
• Convert inquiries into successful sales transactions to drive overall business growth
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including multitasking across different communication channels
• Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall customer experience through sophisticated and timely responses
• Capture critical customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent
• Preferably 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce or customer service roles
• Proficiency in English, and Bahasa Malaysia
• Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems or e-commerce CMS (Content Management Systems) is an added advantage
