Customer Experience Executive

About the Role: We’re looking for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, follows through on conversations and makes sure every query is resolved on time. You’ll handle our day-to-day customer communication as well as inbound corporate and wedding gifting enquiries.

What you’ll work on

• Handle B2C queries across WhatsApp, calls, Instagram and email.
• Handle corporate and wedding gifting leads, share quotations, follow up and close orders.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch.
• Maintain reports for bulk orders and customer queries.

What we’re looking for

• 2–3 years of experience in customer support, inside sales or a similar role.
• Someone who enjoys talking to people and is an independent problem solver.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Experience with a D2C/e-commerce brand is preferred.
• Familiarity with Shopify is a plus, not mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
