Mandatory Requirements

• Malayalam, Telugu, Bengali, Kannada & Gujarati (Any one mandatory)
• Fluent English Communication (Fluent in any one)
• Graduate in Any Discipline
• Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, chats, or emails.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Understand customer needs and guide them on products/services.
• Maintain quality standards and service levels.
• Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
