Customer Experience Hub

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide support for VIP clients and walk-in customers, both local and international
• Analyze and recommend suitable company services based on each client’s business type
• Guide clients through the onboarding process until the system is fully activated and ready to use
• Review application documents and conduct preliminary Pre-KYC verification based on business categories
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Technical, Development, and other related departments
• Handle and escalate operational issues, especially urgent cases involving VIP merchants
• Follow up and provide ongoing support to maintain customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
• Manage Reseller projects and monitor merchants under the company’s platform
• Support special company projects such as the 🎂 HBD Project

Qualifications

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Service-minded with excellent problem-solving abilities
• English communication skills will be an advantage
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience in Customer Support, Account Management, or Payment Gateway business is preferred
