Customer Experience Intern

MNT-Halan is looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Experience Intern

to support the Customer Experience team.

What You'll Do:

• Call customers to verify and confirm order details, delivery addresses, and paymenmethods before processing.

• Cross-check customer information and product selections to ensure accuracy and avoid errors in fulfillment.

• Maintain a positive and professional tone during calls, ensuring customers feel valued and well-informed.

• Address any simple questions or concerns customers may have about their orders, products, or delivery timelines.

• Log call outcomes and update order statuses or customer records in the system promptly and accurately

What We're Looking For:

• Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Commerce, or any related field.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word .
