• Omnichannel Communication: Engage with clients primarily through written digital channels (Chat, WhatsApp, Email), alongside occasional phone calls.
• Practical Learning: Gain direct, hands-on exposure to digital marketing, internal workflows, and customer experience strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Native-Level Hebrew & Exceptional Writing Skills: Flawless written expression and communication in Hebrew (Mandatory).
• Service Orientation: Outstanding interpersonal skills, empathy, and patience.
• Passion for Growth: High motivation, curiosity, and a strong drive to learn and thrive in the digital marketing ecosystem.

Bonus:

• Prior experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Support, Sales, Community Management, etc.).
• Studies or certified coursework in Digital Marketing, Social Media, or Digital Media.
