Customer Experience Manager

• Monitor and improve the overall customer experience across sales and service departments.
• Conduct customer satisfaction calls and collect feedback after vehicle delivery and service visits.
• Handle customer complaints, concerns, and escalations professionally.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and CRM teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Monitor customer satisfaction scores, feedback ratings, and service quality.
• Ensure timely follow-up on customer complaints and feedback.
• Identify gaps in customer service and implement improvement measures.
• Evaluate the quality of customer interactions and ensure adherence to dealership standards.
• Prepare customer feedback reports and submit performance updates to management.
• Support customer retention, repeat business, and customer loyalty initiatives.
• Coordinate with department heads to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer customer experience standards and dealership procedures.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹51,000.00 per month
