You are a senior leader with passion for People and Business, and you see this job as a step towards other functions in a store management team. You as a manager have a proven background within service-oriented organizations where you make things happen. If you have experience in Sales, Business operations, Finance and Logistic you have then the opportunity to be part of a country succession plan for other positions and other stores

You speak and write both Swedish and English fluently.

Key responsibilities (text) As Customer Experience Manager you are the leader and driving force when it comes to enhance everyday the customer experience of IKEA, in an omni channel environment.

You are responsible for leading and optimizing your work on a daily basis. An overall description of the assignment is that you will challenge the organization, processes and leadership. In collaboration with the management team members you will strengthen IKEA’s position as the leading home furnishing company in Sweden. Haparanda Tornio is the Northern IKEA store of the world, close to the nature, and that together with working at IKEA, what could possibly be better?
