• Improvise overall customer journey.
• Evaluate customer feedback and data to drive continuous improvement using metrics tool given.
• Spearhead and train the customer facing personnel.
• Partner with brand principal to ensure to meet the brand standards and be the ambassador of CX representative.
• Handle annual audit.
• Any other tasks assigned by your superior

Requirements

• Has Valid Class 3 Driving License
