Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and provide services to customers who visit, including handling incoming customer phone calls.
• Provide recommendations, answer customer inquiries, and coordinate via online channels such as Line OA, Facebook, or other platforms.
• Check, compile, and prepare daily reports related to customer service operations.
• Recommend promotions and various courses to customers.

Qualifications:

• Diploma (High Vocational Certificate) or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Service-minded, polite in communication, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented.
• Experience in administrative work will be an advantage.
• Able to work 6 days per week.
