Customer Experience Officer

Job Summary

The Customer Experience Officer will be responsible for managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout their journey with the dealership. The role requires excellent communication, active listening, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills to promote customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Job Roles

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and feedback.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong, positive customer relationships.
• Provide accurate information regarding automotive products/services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a customer service, customer relations, or client-facing role, preferably within the automotive industry (dealership, service center, parts, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
