Customer Experience (Remotely)

We are looking for a Customer Experience (CX) Specialist to help us deliver an exceptional customer journey across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will understand customer needs, analyze feedback and service performance, identify pain points, and work with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze customer feedback, complaints, and satisfaction levels.
• Identify customer pain points and opportunities for improving the customer journey.
• Work closely with Customer Service, Operations, Product, and other teams to resolve recurring customer issues.
• Conduct customer journey mapping and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports and insights based on customer feedback and performance data.
• Support the implementation of initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor customer interactions across different channels and ensure a consistent experience.
• Identify recurring issues and provide recommendations to improve processes and policies.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Experience, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with customer feedback and CX metrics.
• Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and reporting.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Pay: From E£8,000.00 per month
