Customer Experience Representative

A phone is one of those things our customers notice immediately when it stops being affordable or reliable, and Vincere Enterprise, a sales firm, is looking for a Customer Experience Representative to help make mobile service easier to navigate. The Customer Experience Representative will discuss affordable smartphone and data choices, answer questions, and provide assistance when needed.

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will work with our customers in person, helping them discover low-cost and no-cost mobile options, guiding them through device setup, and ensuring they have reliable communication. Our comprehensive sales and product training will teach our Customer Experience Representatives how to explain these options, plus the sales skills that make every conversation count.

Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Representative

• Engage customers in person to explain how accessible wireless options provide essential connectivity, keeping everyone easily connected.
• Personally help customers with smartphone setup and with selecting plans that strike the right balance between data and affordability for everyday use.
• Build confidence in person by emphasizing that dependable, low-cost wireless solutions make it simple and stress-free to stay in touch with loved ones.
• Assist customers in finding simple, affordable plans that meet their routine needs whether calling, texting, or browsing.
• Position accessible wireless services as a straightforward way to stay connected without the complexity or high costs.
• Support easy plan adjustments by explaining how affordable wireless options help manage household communication needs efficiently.

Qualifications of the Customer Experience Representative

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Genuine interest in sales, customer service, or telecommunications is a plus.
• Strong focus on encouraging action and contributing to shared sales goals.
• Detail-oriented habits that keep sales activity organized and progress visible.
• Consistent reliability that ensures every sales interaction ends with a clear next step.

Pay: $900.00 - $1,500.00 per week
