Job Summary

As part of the General account, you will support customers for an assigned account by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing a consistent service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Listen carefully to customers and identify the appropriate solution for their concerns.
• Use customer service platforms, CRM systems, and other assigned tools effectively.
• Guide customers through available self-service options and online processes.
• Stay updated on company policies, products, services, and process changes.
• Protect customer information and follow applicable privacy and security procedures.

Qualifications

• At least High School, Senior High School, or College graduate.
• Good to excellent English communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• BPO, Customer service or Call Center experience is an advantage but not required.

Work Setup and Location:

• ONSITE - Mandaluyong

Shift Available:

• Nighshift, Graveyard, Midshift, Dayshift, Shifting Schedule
