Customer Experience Representative – Mom Line ⭐

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our Mom Line team. In this role, you will be a trusted resource for expecting and postpartum moms, providing hands-on support throughout their breastfeeding and pumping journey.

You will support moms using their Zomee breast pumps, ensuring they have the most successful experience possible through guidance, education, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support via phone, email, chat, and text
• Assist moms with:
• Breast pump setup and usage
• Troubleshooting and product support
• Replacement parts and warranty inquiries
• Help moms navigate insurance coverage and pump eligibility
• Respond with empathy, patience, and clarity
• Accurately document all interactions in CRM systems
• Escalate clinical concerns to lactation consultants or appropriate teams
• Follow up to ensure moms feel confident and supported

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or support roles
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
