Customer Experience Representative (Web Store)

At nood we are inspired, Every Day

Based at our Woolston Head Office, you'll be at the heart of helping customers create spaces they love. From answering questions and processing orders to supporting our trade customers and helping keep our website running smoothly, no two days are quite the same.

We're less interested in finding someone who ticks every box and more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, energy, and customer-first mindset.

Full Time | Christchurch | Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Love helping people and creating great customer experiences
• Are organised, proactive, and detail-focused
• Enjoy solving problems and finding solutions
• Are confident using technology and learning new systems
• Can juggle multiple priorities while keeping a cool head
• Enjoy being part of a collaborative team

Experience in customer service, retail, eCommerce or trade sales is a bonus, but not essential. If you're a fast learner with a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you.

Why nood?

• Generous staff discounts
• A supportive team that values your ideas and contribution
• A business that hires for potential and supports growth
• Plenty of variety, autonomy, and opportunities to learn
• A culture that works hard, supports each other, and has fun along the way
