Customer Experience Specialist – Chat & Email | Cubao

GDV BUSINESS SERVICES CO. is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Support Agent Blended (Chat & Email). This is a full-time position based in San Lazaro, Manila . In this role, you will be the backbone of our customer service operations, providing exceptional support through multiple communication channels, including chat and email. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in customers' experiences by addressing their concerns, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner. This position offers the chance to develop valuable customer service skills whilst working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

1. Respond to customer enquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
2. Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues and concerns
3. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
4. Follow company policies and procedures whilst delivering exceptional customer service
5. Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
6. Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary
7. Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues where possible
8. Meet or exceed established performance metrics and service level agreements
9. Continuously seek ways to improve customer satisfaction and service quality

What we're looking for

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling
2. Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer enquiries simultaneously
3. Patient, empathetic and professional approach to customer interactions
4. Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in all documentation and communication
6. Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining consistency in work quality
7. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
8. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate
9. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service platforms is advantageous
10. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within the role
