Customer Experience Specialist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Cultivate strong relationships with B2B clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives and anticipate their needs.  Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that address the unique requirements of B2B inactive clients.

Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of deliverables.

Provide ongoing support to B2B, NRI and Mutual Fund clients by promptly addressing any issues, requests or escalations to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Educate/Inform clients assigned to them on Geojit's products, services, and best practices.

Empower clients to maximize the value they derive from the company's offerings.

Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, operations, and compliance to address client needs effectively. Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to customer interactions, data privacy, and confidentiality especially when placing orders in the trade terminals.

Highest Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university

Communication Skills

Prefer candidates fluent in English, Hindi, Tamil

Experience

0 - 3 years' experience in financial services

Language Skills

Preference will be given to candidates who speaks Hindi, Tamil and English.
