Customer Experience Specialist

About the Opportunity

• Join a growing, purpose-led energy business helping reshape how New Zealanders access and use power.
• Support retail electricity customers across billing, metering, switching and general account queries.
• Manage enquiries primarily via email, with some outbound customer contact when required.
• Work closely with the operations team and help improve templates, processes and customer journeys.
• Be part of a small, fast-moving environment where there is plenty of opportunity to get involved.

What You’ll Bring

• Customer service experience with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, curious mindset and confidence working through problems without always relying on a script.
• Comfort working with numbers, billing information, customer data and account queries.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in an environment where processes are still evolving.
• Electricity, utilities, solar, battery or telco experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

• Approx. $30 per hour and choose between 30-40 hours per week to suit what you’re looking for.
