What they need
Local Expertise, Global Innovation
At Crash Management, we know that repairing a vehicle is often stressful and inconvenient. Since 2009, we’ve been on a mission to change that. As one of New Zealand’s leading accident management providers, we partner with major corporate entities, government agencies, and insurers to deliver a seamless, customer-first repair experience.
We are powered by DingGo. Joining the DingGo family in 2023, we are backed by a parent company that is a pioneer in automotive technology. DingGo’s aspiration is to become the world’s leading digital platform for vehicle repairs, replacing legacy headaches with elegant, data-driven solutions. By joining us, you are joining a Trans-Tasman tech powerhouse that is transforming the "smash repair" industry through innovation and digitisation.
The Role
We are in a rapid growth phase and are looking for several tech-savvy communicators to be the frontline of our customer journey. This is our entry level role with full training and support provided by your direct manager.
This isn't just "answering phones"—you will be a digital navigator. You’ll help customers at their most vulnerable moments, using our proprietary DingGo-powered platform to connect them with reputable local repairers. Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you’ll ensure every client receives a "first-call resolution" by capturing data accurately and guiding them through our intuitive digital ecosystem.
What You’ll Bring
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to balance a high level of empathy with an appetite for technology. We are looking for:
- A Customer-First Mindset: You genuinely enjoy helping people and can turn a stressful situation into a positive one.
- Digital Fluency: You are tech-savvy and comfortable navigating modern web platforms; you see technology as a tool to do your job better.
- Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written English with a sharp eye for detail.
- Professionalism: You take pride in your work, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and are always looking for ways to improve.
- Collaborative Spirit: You enjoy being part of a diverse team that celebrates wins together.
Life at Crash Management & DingGo
- The Best of Both Worlds: Enjoy the close-knit, supportive culture of our Ellerslie office with the career opportunities and vision of an international tech parent company.
- Growth & Development: We aren't just growing our business; we’re growing our people. You’ll have the opportunity to forge a long-term career path as we expand.
- Flexibility: We value work-life balance with hybrid working arrangements and a central office location with easy public transport access.
- Culture: Our values are built on openness, continuous improvement, and social connection. From formal celebrations to casual team wins, we make sure our hard work is rewarded.
