Customer Experience Specialist

Handle inbound/outbound calls & chats, follow sales SOPs, update CRM, generate leads, build customer relationships, coordinate with teams, achieve consultation/conversion/revenue targets, and apply training feedback.

Required Candidate profile

Sales/customer service experience, strong communication skills, CRM/SOP discipline, self-motivated and target-driven, resilient to rejection, with an interest in tattoos/body art preferred.
