About the role

Compensation: $24.00/hour base + Monthly Performance Bonuses

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll sit at the center of our customer experience: connecting customers with the right point of contact, answering basic account questions, and managing our Salesforce queues. It it a great launchpad into customer success, technical support, or even account management.
