At WEG Transformers México / Voltran , we are looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our Contract Administration team .

This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer relations, manufacturing operations, and project management within the power transformer industry.

Entry-Level Opportunity

This position is specifically designed for recent graduates and candidates beginning their professional careers.

• No previous professional experience required.
• Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with extensive professional experience are not the target profile for this position.

What Will You Do?

You will help coordinate and support visits from national and international customers to our manufacturing facilities, including:

• Customer visits and manufacturing facility approval processes.
• Manufacturing progress and quality inspections.
• Core and coil inspections.
• Laboratory testing and customer witness inspections.
• Factory tours and technical visits.
• Documentation and follow-up of customer observations, punch lists, and action items.
• Coordination with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Testing, and Contract Administration teams.

You will play an important role in ensuring a positive customer experience while helping maintain effective communication and follow-up between customers and internal teams.

What Are We Looking For?

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

Language Requirements:

• Advanced English – C1 level (mandatory).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence communicating with international customers in a professional environment.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Willingness to learn about manufacturing processes and project management.
