Customer Experience Team Member

About the role

As a part-time Customer Experience Team Member at Northmead Sports Club, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hospitality venue. This role offers flexible work arrangements, with the opportunity to work a combination of days, evenings and weekends.

What you'll be doing

• Providing excellent customer service to our members and guests
• Assisting with bar operations, handling cash and maintaining stock levels
• Ensuring all club areas are well-presented and maintained to our high standards
• Adhering to all relevant liquor licensing and workplace health and safety regulations
• Helping with other ad-hoc duties as required to contribute to the overall success of the club

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service
• Knowledge of liquor licensing and workplace health and safety requirements
• Flexible and adaptable approach to working a variety of shifts
• Must have RSA/RCG
