What they need

Customer Experience, Warehouse & Studio Coordinator
Employment Type: Part-Time (20-25 hours per week)

This is a part-time position ideal for someone who is highly organised, enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced, growing business.

You'll play an important role in the day-to-day running of PURE MAMA, providing support across customer service, order fulfilment, inventory management and our studio operations. A key part of this role is being a trusted voice of the PURE MAMA brand for customer service, delivering exceptional customer care and ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth, quality and community we're known for. You'll take ownership of customer enquiries and provide thoughtful solutions.

Alongside customer service, you'll support the smooth running of the business through order fulfilment, inventory management, studio coordination, and ensuring our space is always welcoming, organised and well presented.

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and customer-focused, with a positive attitude and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed. If you enjoy working across different areas of a business and being part of a passionate, purpose-led team, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Support (10-12 hours per week)

  • Manage customer enquiries through Gorgias and email, delivering a personalised and premium customer experience
  • Be a trusted voice of the PURE MAMA brand, supporting customers across products, orders, shipping and returns
  • Resolve issues with warmth, empathy and a solutions-focused approach
  • Share customer insights and feedback with the wider team
  • Escalate complex enquiries when required.

Warehouse & Fulfilment Support (6-8 hours per week)

  • Support the fulfilment of customer and wholesale orders, including picking, packing and dispatch
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving stock, stock counts and maintaining stock accuracy
  • Help keep warehouse operations running smoothly through organisation, shipping administration and support during launches and peak periods.

Studio Management (2-3 hours per week)

  • Manage PURE MAMA studio bookings and enquiries, ensuring a seamless experience for all studio users
  • Coordinate scheduling, access and communication with photographers, businesses and event organisers
  • Keep the studio welcoming, organised and beautifully presented, maintaining high standards at all times
  • Support the day-to-day running of the space, including supplies, contractors, booking administration and invoicing.

About You

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  • Friendly, professional and customer-focused

  • Confident communicating with customers and business clients

  • Reliable and able to work independently

  • Proactive, adaptable and willing to help across different areas of the business

  • Comfortable with light warehouse duties and lifting cartons when required

  • Positive, team-oriented and solutions-focused.

Skills & Experience

  • Customer service, administration or coordination roles
  • Retail, eCommerce, logistics or warehouse environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and online business systems
  • Experience with Shopify, Gorgias or shipping platforms is advantageous but not essential.

What We Offer

  • A flexible, school-hours role designed to fit around family life
  • The opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, proudly female-owned and operated New Zealand brand
  • A supportive, collaborative team and a varied role where no two days are the same
  • Staff product benefits, discounts, and opportunities to grow alongside the business.
