Job Description:

• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests through phone, chat, or other communication channels. Provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience. Maintain accurate records, follow established processes, and meet quality and performance standards in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Qualification:

• No call center experience required
• At least College Graduate
• Willing to work onsite
